Lucid has been commissioned by the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) to run a consultancy project for two training courses. The project will analyse requirements, develop content and deliver training.

The first course concerns a time tracking system called TimeTell. The course covers the business requirements, implementation and usage of the system. TimeTell will provide important information to project managers, department heads and the executive management.

The second course concerns procurement training. The course covers the background, structure and required processes for purchasing goods and services on behalf of RSSB. It will be delivered to all R&D staff, who are required to procure complex services on behalf of the rail industry.

Lucid was selected for the project because we provide a strong combination of business analysis, technical and communication skills.
