Lucid has been commissioned by RSSB to develop an interactive training course on Workplace Related Violence: SWeRVe II.

The course will build upon the success of the SWeRVe I DVD launched in 2006.

The course will provide rail industry trainers with video based scenarios and presentation materials to facilitate classroom discussion. A dedicated trainers’ website will be launched to host the course outline, background materials and delivery notes.
