This policy relates to private data held by Lucid Communications Ltd. in the course of maintaining a business relationship with our clients. This policy does not relate to the software applications which we develop and maintain on behalf of our clients. Such applications have their own individual privacy policies.

Lucid Communications Ltd. acts as a data controller, and as such has contractual reasons for obtaining and keeping personal data about our client’s representatives. This includes name, company, company address, telephone numbers, and email addresses. Data do not include any special types of information relating to an individual.

We hold personal data so that we can maintain an effective business relationship with our clients. We do not collect data that we do not need. We do not allow third parties to access our data. Data are collected directly from our client’s representatives. We do not engage third parties to harvest data for us.

All the personal data we process are handled by our staff in the UK. Data are located on servers within the European Union.

We are required under UK tax law to keep company information for six years. We will therefore keep basic personal data for six years following cessation of contract with us.
