Lucid has been commissioned by Network Rail to develop an interactive tool for creating Influence Diagrams.

Influence Diagrams are widely used by Human Factors experts to model decision making situations.

Lucid will develop an interactive modelling tool with an underlying database to capture diagram details. The tool will be added to the existing Ergotools platform for use by Network Rail and its contractors.
