Lucid has been commissioned to research and develop a communications strategy for Network Rail’s Traffic Management project.

Traffic Management is utilising new processes, new technology, and redesigned roles to produce a step-change in performance. The project will build upon the on-going investment in signalling infrastructure and the creation of regional operating centres.

Lucid will identify the key messages and stakeholder groups for the project. We will also address the specific requirement to provide current signallers with information about the likely nature of the future roles as they take shape.
